Formal culinary training at Ivy Tech Culinary College. She went on to become a pastry chef and was named the number one baker of Reds Steak House. She has been a professional chef, since her first head chef role in Noblesville IN. Nancy has cooked for dignitaries, weddings, and catering and has been an executive chef for some of Indiana’s finest dining restaurants including owning her own café.

In baking and pastry arts, she continues to foster her love of fine cuisine and fine dining. Nancy has achieved many awards that include… the Who’s Who of America 2023 nominee and the top 10 in the Greatest Baker contest of America. Nancy was raised on an Indiana Farm with her grandparents as her biggest influence. Natives of France… taught her a lot about fresh vegetables and cooking from scratch.

Being the eldest of 7 kids, she was put in the kitchen at a very young age of 9. Some examples of menu items: Australian Wagyu beef burritos for lunch, including house-made guacamole sauce and charro beans. Spanish rice soup …all was a hit!
