Ben brings over 8 years of experience in human resources, having worked across multiple industries including technology, logistics, staffing, manufacturing, and others. He studied at Ball State University, earning a dual degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration. With a strong passion for HR leadership, employee support, and team building, Ben is excited to care for and support the team at The Grove Estates as HR Manager.

Ben holds a SHRM-CP certification and is passionate about ensuring employees’ needs are met, creating a positive work environment, staying up-to-date with the landscape of employment law , and nurturing a culture of caring and self-betterment. In his free time, Ben enjoys his time with his family, traveling, and attending concerts.
