Ryan Cowles

Ryan Cowles brings over 22 years of experience in healthcare, beginning his career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of care settings, including nursing homes, long‑term psychiatric hospitals, group homes serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, and acute care hospitals.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo in 2019. He most recently served as a House Supervisor in a small rural hospital after several years working on medical inpatient units. As Director of Nursing, Ryan is committed to providing strong clinical leadership and supporting high‑quality, compassionate care.
