David is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, business management, and human resources.  He has worked in higher education and the retail industry building high performing teams and creating workplace environments where team members feel valued and respected. I believe when people trust their leadership, and leadership truly puts people first, organizations unlock unlimited potential.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Manchester University and his master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University.
